Information about Upcoming Town Meetings and Elections

The Towns of Hamilton and Wenham will both host their Annual Town Meeting on Saturday, April 1st.  Hamilton will be at 9 AM at the High School and Wenham will be at 1:00 PM at the Buker School.  Details about both meetings are included below.  There are many important items on the Warrants including:

· The School District budget

· The Athletics Facility Improvement Project

· Zoning bylaws and more!

Hamilton Town Meeting

· Saturday, April 1 at 9:00 AM

· HW Regional High School Auditorium, 775 Bay Rd, Hamilton

· Warrant Articles, Appendices, FinCom Report  (See Articles 2-3, 2-13 & 2-14,)

Hamilton Election

· Thursday, April 6, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM

· HW Recreation Center Gymnasium, 16 Union St, Hamilton

· Vote by Mail, apply by Thursday, March 30, 5:00 PM

Wenham Town Meeting

Saturday, April 1 at 1:00 PM

· Buker Elementary School, 1 School Street, Wenham

CHILD CARE INFORMATION:

Members of the HWRHS National Honor Society will once again provide babysitting services during the Hamilton and Wenham annual town meetings. Care will be provided in the Miles River Multi-Purpose Room.  A suggested donation of $10 per child is appreciated.  Cash or check (made payable to the HWRSD) for each child will be accepted at the door.  Please sign up for the desired timeframe so we have an idea of attendance and can plan accordingly.  Families must register in advance.  Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.  Thank you for your understanding.  

The deadline for sign-up is Friday, March 31st, at noon. Parents may send snacks as long as they are nut-free.  Water and goldfish will be provided.
